Returns & Exchanges

● Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

● Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

● Exchange Policy: We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, you must first return the original item and place a new order.

● Refund Process: Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.

● Non-Returnable Items: Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
